Almost moving day!
Written @ 5:53 PM on August 13, 2006

Tomorrow is the big day!! Finally, a house!!!! We can move in tomorrow but I'm not sure that we're actually going to attempt living there yet. The other owners only have moved out this weekend, therefore, we still need to go into the house and clean up some things.

Our furniture is being delivered tomorrow by moving truck but we're not really going to set anything up yet. Mark's parents are letting us stay with them for as long as it takes us to get things settled in the house.

We want to do some painting before we actually settle in. I don't want the kids to be around pain fumes. Anal mother? Maybe but I don't care. That's one thing Mark and I knew was going to change when we first looked at the house: the colour of the rooms. No thank you. Either too plain or very durastic. We're probably going to go earth-toney throughout the living room/dining room. We haven't really thought of anything else thus far.

I'm happy enough that I can say that I own my own home!!!

I'm really excited about my sisters pregnancy. She's 31 and a half weeks right now. She's huge. It's weird to see her being so big. She was always so tiny. When Melane was pregnant, she was an alright size, bigger with Kyle than with Victoria, but Em is just so big. Maybe it's just me. She looks beautiful though and although she's big, she's pulling this whole pregnancy thing off really well. I can't wait to be an aunt again!!

On that topic, Mark and I got to talking about kids again. We're not exactly planning on any kids right now, but we were talking about whether or not we wanted to continue having kids or just stop at two. We decided to keep going but to just let it happen if it's going to happen. Right now, we don't want anymore kids. An almost 21 month old and an almost 6 month old... I don't really need any other youngins at this point. But I really can't wait to have more children! My kids are fabulous. I love them to death.

I have to clean up the kitchen a bit. I won't allow Mark's mom to do it, that's my thanks to her for letting us stay with them. And then I have to get the kids ready to go for a walk. That's the success story of my life for baby weightloss. Walking. Power walking the kids down the street in the stroller. Mark and I both. He takes a stroller and a kid and I do the same. Makes the heartbeat quicken. It's great!!!

I have | no fear I have only | love
